Wildflower honey, also known as polyfloral honey, is derived from the nectar of numerous species of flowers or blossoms. The taste, aroma and flavor will vary from season to season, depending on which flowers are dominant at the time the nectar is collected. All of the honey we sell is 100% pure raw honey, nothing adding and no adulteration is done to the honey. Ginger Turmeric Raw "Golden Honey".
Turmeric. (Curcuma longa L.) Plant Family: (Zingiberaceae)
Turmeric is a tropical perennial plant in the same family as ginger, native to India, and cultivated throughout the tropics around the world. Growing to a height of about three feet (one meter), it bears pairs of lance-shaped leaves on alternate sides of the stem. At the base of the stem, there is a knobby rhizome somewhat resembling ginger. Many of the benefits of turmeric have been attributed to curcumin, a group of antioxidant compounds found in the rhizome.

Cinnamon. (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl) Plant Family: (Lauraceae)
Cinnamon bark has been used for thousands of years in traditional Eastern and Western medicines. It appears in recorded history dating back to at least 1,700 years B.C.E where it was a component of embalming fluid in ancient Egypt. In Ayurveda (traditional Indian system of healing) cinnamon is referred to as 'twak' It is a highly valued and multipurpose herb. According to the Ayurvedic practitioner, Karta Khalsa, "the classic patient who can benefit from cinnamon is cold, dry, and frail." Cinnamon is considered to be a warming herb that is stimulating to the circulatory system and soothing to the digestive system.
Cinnamon Cardamon Raw Honey.
Cardamom. (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Plant Family: Zingiberaceae) The tantalizing sweetly aromatic cardamom is the fruit of a tropical plant related to ginger. Growing cardamom is extremely labor intensive. A stimulant and carminative, cardamom was used by the ancient Egyptians chewing cardamom seeds as a tooth cleaner. The Arabs attributed aphrodisiac qualities to it and the ancient Indians regarded it as a remedy for various ailments. It has been used as a digestive aid since ancient times. A medicinal (perhaps aphrodisiac) cordial can be made by macerating seeds in hot water.
Star Anise. (Illicium verum Hook. f.) Plant Family: (Illiciaceae)
Star anise is a spice made from the fruit of the Chinese evergreen tree Illicium verum. It’s aptly named for the star-shaped pods from which the spice seeds are harvested and has a flavor that is reminiscent of licorice. The most valuable component of star anise may lie within its dense supply of flavonoids and polyphenols. These may primarily be responsible for the spice’s broad applications and benefits. Some of the major health-promoting compounds found in star anise include:

Orange Peel. (Citrus sinensis L.) Osbeck Plant Family: (Rutaceae) Peels from any member of the Sweet Orange family have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine at least since the writing of the Divine Husbandman's Classic of the Materia Medica, written in the second century BC. The little known fact is that there are substantially more enzymes, flavonoids, and phyto-nutrients in the peel of the Orange rather than the fruit. The peel is where all the essential components accumulate and they may be found in three main sections of the peel; the flavedo, albedo, and oil sacs.
