SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Free shipping applies to most orders over $50.00 sent standard ground service within the lower 48 states. Offers are subject to change without notice. Due to the ever-rising cost of outbound shipping, any order with backordered item(s) may be held until the backordered item(s) is available.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in providing quality products. If, within 10 days, you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your order (minus return shipping costs). Bee Golden Honeys is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. Package your items carefully. A refund will be issued upon receipt of your item(s).
Damaged & Missing Items
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days. We will need photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged products, in order to submit your claim to our shipper. After you provide the images, we can process the exchange and a new product will be sent to you at no cost. After 7 days, shipping charges will be assessed. If an item is missing from your order, please call Customer Service right away. We will send your missing item promptly at no extra charge.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Monday thru Friday. We do our best to ship your order out within 24-48 hours. Expedited services are also available.
